Shipping
We ship via USPS priority mail to the continental United States. Shipping costs will show up in your cart during the final stage of checkout. If you are a local customer you may pick up your items at our studio, please contact us prior to ordering if you are planning on picking up your order. Pick ups are by appointment only please.
A note about summer shipping: Our products are sensitive to summertime heat and can melt/deform. From May-October we will only ship Mon-Wed; this helps us try and keep our products from sitting in trucks for days over the weekends. When shipping in summer heat we recommend shipping it to your work or place of business if you are not sure to be home, this keeps your items from sitting in the hot sun. Green Lady Creations is not responsible for items that have melted or deformed due to adverse weather.

Ordering
Green Lady Creation's products are available for purchase on the website, simply click on Add To Cart, and it will automatically be added to your cart. You can adjust quantities in your paypal cart.
Payments
All website credit card payments are processed through Paypal. When you place your order you will be directed to Paypal 's website. You do not have to have a Paypal account to make a purchase, simply choose( Don't have a paypal account?) and you will be directed to enter your Credit card Info that you choose for this purchase.

Returns
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returns are done at our discretion. If there was clearly an error on our end or you received wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your products and we will be glad to get it right. Please Email us for return authorization.
